Bob Saget comes to Houston Improv
Throughout his more than 25 year career, Bob Saget is a true hyphenate, successfully cultivating an extensive and impressive repertoire of acting, directing, stand-up comedy, writing, and producing achievements. Saget is well known for his television roles. As "Danny Tanner" on the eight-year run sitcom FULL HOUSE and as the host and co-writer of AMERICA'S FUNNIEST HOME VIDEOS, Saget set a precedent as the first person to simultaneously star in two primetime series. The two series often placed in the top ten, and are now hugely popular in syndication worldwide. He also played the role of Matt Stewart in RAISING DAD, a series created by Jonathan Katz for the WB. He has been seen in the critically praised THE LARRY SANDERS SHOW, hosted SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, appeared dozens of times on THE TONIGHT SHOW, THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, and numerous appearances on HBO's annual homeless effort COMIC RELIEF.
